IWA OutdoorClassics 2025, the leading European exhibition for the hunting and target sports industry, once again left us with wonderful memories and insights.
It was a great opportunity to introduce our newest gear, chat with numerous visitors and partners, all while keeping our finger on the industry’s pulse. Everything, in order to stay one step ahead of the thermal imaging market.
At this point, returning to IWA OutdoorClassics feels like coming home. It is a gift that keeps on giving – countless inspiring encounters, opportunities to meet our clients and distributors face to face, see what’s new in the thermal imaging world, and present what’s new in ours.
This year the 51st IWA attracted a significant number of visitors – around 30,000 – reflecting the growth and the interest of the whole sector. People from 126 countries flocked to Nuremberg, Germany, and filled all nine exhibition halls with adrenaline and curiosity.
We were overflowing with the latter as well because for these 4 days, the thermal imaging world revolved around IWA.
It also meant that we were on the lookout for various trends and shifts in customer expectations and needs, managing to distinguish a couple of them.
The first one – looking forward to the future of thermal imaging. Everyone is excited to see and experience what else can be achieved in the sphere of thermal vision, discussing possible innovations, as well as recent breakthroughs, such as multispectral imaging.
The second one – embracing quality, European devices. Many people have already noticed the difference between trustworthy and questionable brands, becoming more and more willing to pay extra for a consistently performing, long-lasting device.
Only this way can we continue providing you with top-notch European units, offer endless innovations, and work on expanding the possibilities of thermal imaging – every single thing we’ve done since the beginning of Pulsar.
Our recent achievements only prove this – having a full line of HD thermal devices (riflescopes, monoculars, and binoculars), constantly improving the firmware of your equipment, offering ballistic calculations in nearly all our units, and so much more.
But let’s return to Hall 4A-500 – the several square meters that were the most important to us. You guessed it – that’s exactly where our booth was located and where our team members, together with several Pulsar ambassadors, interacted with a wide variety of people for the whole 4 days.
Hunters and journalists, photographers and salespersons, producers and distributors, as well as many others – the interest in our two-story booth was through the roof.
One of the reasons may have been a unique chance to win an adventure of their lifetime – a hunting trip to South Africa. Yet, even those who came only to participate, stayed to explore the world of Pulsar.
We had an immense amount of joy seeing people react to our devices and their capabilities. Hearing words of gratitude from our device owners was music to our ears, especially ones that thanked us for the quality of their units, working flawlessly for several years.
Of course, let’s not forget the real highlights of our booth – our latest devices, including the brand-new Oryx LRF XG35 monocular, unveiled just during IWA. A fully single-handed unit, crafted for the longest and most arduous hunts, definitely drew the most attention from the visitors.
People were amazed by the ergonomic design of the unit, sticking to their hand like a glove, as well as the new-gen laser rangefinder and a dual-battery system, ensuring up to 12 hours of continuous operation.
Professionals that had the chance to look through the lens of the Thermion 2 LRF XL60 agreed – it offers unseen and unrivalled image quality, surpassing its competitors by a mile.
By the end of the exhibition, we were exhausted, yet filled with precious memories to keep us inspired throughout the year. And we already can’t wait to be completely worn out at IWA OutdoorClassics 2026.
Before purchasing any night or thermal vision device, please make sure you adhere to the local legislation and only use it when it is allowed. Our ambassadors come from various countries and travel a lot, which allows them to test different devices. We do not encourage or support the illegal use of our devices in any events.
