The Pulsar family is like any other family. Just better! We all have our daily tasks and roles. We solve the issues together and celebrate the great moments with pride. We laugh and cry. And most importantly, we all look in the same direction, even though each of us comes from a unique environment and culture.
Being part of Pulsar is an exciting journey. If you, too, would like to join the family, now is just the right time. The applications for the brand ambassadors’ program 2024 have just been opened: https://bit.ly/PulsarProstaff2024
To motivate you just a bit more, we asked some of our ambassadors to share their views on what it’s really like to be part of the Pulsar team.
Andreas Frengstad, Norway
Being part of the Pulsar family is kind of hard to describe in words. Most of all, it is very fun to work with such passionate and inspiring people. The meetings we have are usually the only vacations I take, except for hunting. It is incredibly enriching to be able to work with the market leader when it comes to thermal imaging devices. As it is the only European brand when it comes to development and production, I can safely and proudly stand behind “pushing” it as an ambassador.
However, the thing I value most is the incredibly talented people I get to work with. It is these relations I value most. Getting to know all the amazing people who work at and with Pulsar is of such huge value. Doing what I do, I would probably have gotten in touch with some of them sooner or later. But there are many new relationships that have been made due to this opportunity that probably would not have been made otherwise.
Gathering such a unique group of individuals with all their different knowledge and experience brings a lot to the table when it comes to educating each other. We have many pro staffers with a great amount of knowledge in hunting and who know what thermal gear best suits different situations. We also share what we want to change to improve these already amazing products. Seeing all this input and knowledge, one does understand why the products become so good. Having a group of individuals who use the gear hard, exposing every small error and imperfection, really helps in development.
What unites all the individuals in this group is the love for the outdoors, as well as kick-ass thermals. When I first saw the wide variety of people, I never imagined getting along so well with everyone. Despite the different ages, cultures, habits, and preferences, this family somehow clicks together like it was intended to from the very beginning.
I think we all somehow possess the same madness. People are and will always be different. Some just don’t work together, but this group really does. It is quite impressive seeing the family this group has become. Over several years, people have been incorporated and included. Myself, I am from the last batch and truly appreciate feeling welcome from the first second.

As a new pro staffer joining the program last year, I’m really excited about being part of a family where everyone takes care of each other. When I joined, I had no idea what was waiting for me, but I was pleasantly surprised at the first pro staffers meeting. Everything was being taken care of; I only had to show up, and I instantly felt part of the Pulsar family.
At the second meeting I participated in, it was like we had only been away for a few hours. Everyone was talking and joking instantly when we got together.
What unites us all is the passion for what we do as pro staffers and human beings. No doubt. We share a lot of experiences, both Pulsar-related and personal ones. So, you can really say we are a Pulsar family.
The feeling you get when you meet the rest of the Pulsar family and see that everyone is open and welcoming to you is so hard to describe. For me, it shows how unique the whole Pulsar ecosystem and family are. We help each other where we can, enjoy great experiences, and share a lot of good histories. We are truly behaving as a big family.

When I joined the team, it was a bit overwhelming because it took time to understand everything. The brand ambassadors’ meeting was a great opportunity to understand how everything works and who the team members are. What I value most is that we can express our opinions and wishes directly to Pulsar, and especially that these opinions are heard and have an impact on the product lineup and devices.
I personally think that Pulsar and pro staffers are in the perfect win-win situation. We, as brand ambassadors, receive opportunities beyond normal hunting or shooting life. We can try and feel what fits best in different situations.
Pulsar, on the other hand, gets valuable opinions and long-term “in-field” use reports directly from the end customers. I believe there is no better way to understand people’s needs.
When I think about other brand ambassadors, I think these people are alike yet different. It’s not just about being a hunter. It’s more. The people in the team think in the same way. You could talk to someone who lives in another country and has a completely different way of living, but you can talk to them as if you’ve known them for years. I think it depends on the mindset, which is equal or at least very similar.

Pulsar brand ambassadors are the people who have achieved something different and have accelerated in some parts of their lives with their own knowledge, public voice, hunting skills, and in-depth understanding of the usage of Pulsar units. Getting these people together to speak about how to make the best even better is pure magic.
Everyone is on the same page with the goal of making the best even better. This kind of closeness to the end consumer, the hunters, is essential to be able to keep creating the best products. Best engineers, nature lovers, and hunters in one room simply push the limits.
We are all very different, yet the same. There is great respect and openness for each other. We help each other in all ways possible. There is a very open dialogue. This year, I believe many of us changed from being conscious hunters to becoming curious hunters. Curious about nature, each other, and how we can improve our and others’ lives.
Krzysztof Turowski, Poland
What unites all members of this group goes beyond a common passion for hunting – it is our extraordinary dedication to nature conservation. Despite individual differences, each of us shares a deep belief that hunting can be effective and ethical while constituting a key element of sustainable management of natural resources.
What I took away from the last pro staffers meeting was not only unforgettable moments of joint work, commitment, and great fun but also a deep belief in the importance of these events for the Pulsar brand and the hunter community. Without a doubt, joint projects, such as workshops on building your thermal imaging models, are not only a fascinating challenge but also an important element of product development and understanding the challenges faced by engineering teams.
During our meetings, I noticed an extraordinary atmosphere full of enthusiasm and commitment. Each participant contributed, which not only added up to effective work but also strengthened bonds in the team.
Joint projects allow the hunting community to cooperate directly with the manufacturer, which naturally translates into increasing the brand’s prestige, recognition, and approach to the end user, showing that the voice of each hunter is important to the company.
The Pulsar team, who are experts in the field of night vision and thermal imaging, provides pro staffers with access to the latest technologies and expert knowledge. It is particularly important for us to talk to the experts from the R&D department. Thanks to this, they can consult us on technical issues, explain the operation of devices, and discuss possible technological barriers or possibilities of improving the quality and efficiency of equipment.
Ultimately, this mutual effort, through dialogue and collaboration, creates a favorable environment for improving Pulsar products and the skills and experiences of the pro staffers. This synergy contributes to continuous development, which in turn translates into user satisfaction and keeps Pulsar at the forefront of innovation in this field.

I always say that purchasing technology and tools is something everybody is capable of. If you need the right tools, such as those from the Pulsar portfolio, you make it happen. What is, however, priceless are the people around. Money can’t simply buy the mix of such interesting individuals who share common values. My absolute appreciation is the exchanged experiences, new friendships, and new adventures. It’s the brand and the people that represent that.
Fresh views, opinions, and overall impressions from users bring the experience and tips for further development. Another important note is the presence of the pro staff members in their countries. Pro staffers support the users of Pulsar devices, provide guidance, show the products to their friends, and do the non-trackable word of mouth, uplifting the brand values.
What I find valuable in the Pulsar pro staff community is the mix of humble people. Of course, everybody here is a professional and has been chosen for a reason. However, from a personal perspective, people are so welcoming and are set to share their passion. Another thing is that everybody who is actively participating considers Pulsar as a long-term partnership. Compared to other brands that use you and forget about you, here it is about building real bonds.
If you would love to join the Pulsar Family, now is the time – we have just opened applications for 2024: https://bit.ly/PulsarProstaff2024
Before purchasing any night or thermal vision device, please make sure you adhere to the local legislation and only use it when it is allowed. Our ambassadors come from various countries and travel a lot, which allows them to test different devices. We do not encourage or support the illegal use of our devices in any events.
