We’d like to inform you that the issue affecting Android users in the Stream Vision 2 app (version 1.4.0) has now been fully resolved.
A new version of the app has been released on Google Play that addresses the critical bug which previously caused media files stored in the app to disappear after updating. Users can now safely update to the latest version without risk of losing stored media.
If you have downloaded the previous update and had your files disappear, this new update will restore them – your footage will re-appear in the Stream Vision 2 gallery.
Please note that this will only work if you haven’t deleted the app. If you did, unfortunately, there is no way to restore these files.
