What’s the best thermal scope and monocular by Pulsar?

If you are considering getting a thermal imaging device, we are sure you do not want just any unit. Whether you are looking at a thermal monocular or scope, we are sure you are looking for the best one available. So, let’s see what we have to offer!

Best thermal scope: Thermion 2

It comes in a classic design, has all the premium functions, and has seriously astonishing image quality – all the features you would expect from the best thermal scope.

However, what really distinguishes Thermion 2 from other scopes in the market is the availability of models. They feature:

  • different lenses,
  • varying sensor sensitivity,
  • various base magnification and zooming capabilities,
  • the option to either have a device with or without a rangefinder.

All of this really allows you to choose one that will be the best thermal scope for you.

All our products, riflescopes included, are designed, developed  and assembled in Europe. We oversee the entire process carefully, which allows us to achieve the best possible quality of the build. Plus, our long-standing partnerships with various suppliers allow us to get the latest technological solutions. And that’s the secret why Thermion 2 has been crowned the Best Thermal Scope 2022, the Best Thermal Scope 2023, and the Best Thermal Scope 2024 by many.

But don’t just take our word for it – Thermion 2 models have been thoroughly tested and reviewed by hunters all over the world, and you can find plenty of their feedback on The Journal.

Best thermal monocular: Telos

Telos is our newest thermal imaging monocular, but we can easily call it the best one. Its biggest exclusivity is the technical upgrade option. That’s right – as the years go by and technology or your needs change, you won’t need to swap out the entire device. With Telos, you will be able to upgrade its lens or sensor and enjoy the best thermal monocular for many years to come.

However, upgradeability is far from being the only benefit of the new Pulsar Telos. Let’s see some other features in more detail:

  • Wide choice of models: like with Thermion 2, you can choose one that fits your needs best and is, therefore, the best thermal monocular for you.
  • Objective ring zoom control: like in traditional cameras, with Telos, you control both zoom and focus with rings at the front of the lens.
  • Option for laser rangefinder: you can pick each model either with or without the LRF. And if you go for the latter but change your mind later, you will be able to add it through the upgrade program.
  • Tough and ergonomic housing: coated in special rubber coating, the housing of Telos is extremely resistant and easy to grip and hold. Plus, it’s completely ambidextrous.
  • New battery system: Telos is powered by a completely new battery, which you can charge via any USB Type-C cable. No charging stations are required!

Having launched Telos a little while ago, we already have quite some feedback on it. If you, too, are curious, it’s on The Journal, as usual. Spoiler alert: it’s widely positive!

So, whether you’re on the lookout for the Best Thermal Scope 2024 or Best Thermal Monocular 2024, you’ve come to the right place. Now, all that’s left to do is to check out your local dealer for some help with finding the model that fits your needs best.
