Vulnerability Disclosure
Here at Pulsar, we take cybersecurity very seriously. By closely following The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) in the UK, we ensure maximum cyber security for home networks and IoT devices – including all Pulsar units that connect to the internet.
Under the PSTI, all our connectable products no longer have easy-to-guess default passwords preloaded on devices. All products now feature unique passwords that cannot be reset to factory default.
Devices must come with the compliance statement: download PSTI statement.
If you notice any potential security risk, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will confirm the receipt of your report within two business days.

To make the process faster, we kindly ask you to include the following details in your report:
- The affected device model, serial number, and software version;

Please note that this policy applies to security issues only. The process of resolving other issues and bugs may follow different protocols.
