What are the warranty terms for the Merger DUO?

The Merger DUO comes with the following warranty conditions:

  • Device Warranty: 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Internal Battery Warranty: 3 years.
  • Rechargeable Battery Warranty: 1 year for batteries supplied with the device or purchased separately.

If you do not have a purchase receipt or a filled-in warranty card, the warranty period begins from the manufacturing date plus six months.
