What happens to the parts replaced during my Telos upgrade?

Replaced parts are recycled or disposed of by Pulsar and cannot be retrieved, even if the upgraded device is returned.
Once your Telos device is upgraded, the replaced parts become the property of Pulsar. These parts are either responsibly recycled or disposed of.
If you choose to return the upgraded device according to the terms and conditions, you’ll receive a refund for the amount you paid. However, it won’t be possible to retrieve the old parts.
