Pulsar is introducing a new firmware update 3.3 that enables ballistic calculations inside Thermion 2 riflescopes without the built-in laser rangefinder.
Compatible with the newest update are the following Thermion 2 models:
- Thermion 2 XP50 Pro
- Thermion 2 XQ50 Pro
- Thermion 2 XQ35 Pro
- Thermion 2 XG50
After having released several new ballistic updates for the LRF riflescopes, Pulsar has now prepared a real gamechanger. With the recent FW update the brand is enabling Bluetooth technology inside the Thermion 2 line without the LRF.
This way, you’ll be able to connect your non-LRF riflescope to the Stream Vision Ballistics mobile application, create up to ten ballistic profiles and upload them to the scope.
After uploading the profiles, disconnect from the app, go to the long menu of the device and select one of the profiles. Then switch to the short menu and manually input the preferred distance to the target.
Now the ballistic calculations will be made inside the riflescope and the suggested point of aim will be displayed on your scope’s screen. Enjoy the new standard of modern hunting!
Moreover, via Bluetooth you’ll be able to connect your Thermion 2 to the remote control. It mimics the main buttons and functions of the riflescope.

- New languages added: Bulgarian, Finnish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Ukrainian.
