If you use the Stream Vision 2 app regularly, please be informed of two recent issues:
1. A critical bug was introduced in the app’s latest update (version 1.4.0), released on April 2. This bug causes all media files stored within the app to be deleted after installing the update. Unfortunately, at the moment, these files cannot be recovered.
We sincerely apologize for this issue and are actively working on a fix to prevent further occurrences.
This issue affects Android users only. As soon as we identified the problem, we withdrew the faulty update from Google Play, so new users should not be affected. There is no need to delete the app – if you haven’t downloaded the update, this issue won’t affect you.
2. During internal testing, outdated push notifications were inadvertently sent to users. While this does not impact the app’s functionality, we understand it may cause confusion, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
