Campaign Terms & Conditions

Only natural persons aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and Germany are eligible to participate in the promotion campaign (further – the Campaign), which takes place from June 23rd 2025 to August 23rd 2025, organized by Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide, UAB (further – Pulsar).

Employees of Pulsar, its affiliated companies, cooperation partners, sponsors, or any individuals directly involved in the organization of the Campaign; first- and second-degree relatives, spouses, or registered partners (as defined under applicable civil partnership laws) of the aforementioned individuals; representatives or employees of the governments of Russia, Belarus, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Myanmar (Burma) and any other countries subject to international sanctions, as well as individuals and entities listed on any applicable sanctions’ lists, are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. This includes any individuals or entities subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom, the United States, or other relevant authorities.

DEVICE TRANSFER AND USAGE CONDITIONS

You acknowledge that the Device may be classified as military equipment and/or dual-use goods (items that can be used for both civilian and military purposes) as defined by EU, international and (or) national regulations and is therefore subject to special handling and usage regulations. You agree to fully familiarize yourself with and strictly follow all applicable legal requirements while using the Device.

By buying the Device, you agree to use it solely for legal, civilian purposes such as outdoor observation, wildlife monitoring, or recreational use. It must not be used for any military, paramilitary, or unauthorized security-related activities.

You must not sell, donate, or transfer the Device to another person or country without verifying whether a special export license is required. Transferring the Device to countries under international sanctions is strictly prohibited.

You bear full responsibility for the proper and lawful use of the Device. Any misuse or unlawful transfer of the Device may result in administrative or criminal liability in accordance with applicable EU, international and (or) Lithuanian laws.

You agree not to disclose, publicly or privately, any information about the Device’s development, manufacturing, repair, maintenance, or other technical details known for you without the Pulsar’s prior written approval.

Pulsar reserves the right to request you to sign a declaration confirming that the Device will not be used or transferred in violation of military equipment and/or dual-use goods regulations, as well as to provide all required documents (e.g., permits or licenses to possess or carry a weapon) proving your legal right to receive the Device.
